Have you ever met someone who you knew had a million things on their plate but would still take the time out of their day to have a conversation with anyone who walked into their office? I’m not just talking about some small talk “how are you” and a “good” response. I am talking about a conversation where intentionality was radiating throughout.

Have you ever met a person who cares so deeply about the needs of their community and neighbors, that you know he will always respond- no matter the extent? How blessed we are to partner with this person, Pastor Kenneth Taylor. God knew what he was doing when he brought this partnership together three years ago with Turner AME Church.

Let me take a moment to introduce you to Pastor Kenneth, one of our cherished community partners here in South Carolina. Pastor Kenneth is someone who not only oversees staff, but leads by example by taking on their responsibilities when they call in sick or can’t make it because of a last-minute emergency. He’s a man who wears 34 hats and never drops any of them, not because he has some special powers (even though you wonder), but because there is a task set out that must be accomplished for the sake of the Kingdom.

Anyone who interacts with Pastor Kenneth knows that nothing is pursued in his day until his knees hit the floor. He never complains, never grumbles, never judges, but rather looks on situations with hope, sees problems as opportunities, and faces struggles with joy knowing that tension produces perseverance. He is vibrantly Spirit filled, set apart from and purposed for abundant things.

Please continue to pray for Pastor Kenneth and his Church, as well as for the community and all the programs taking place. God has already started, and He is only going to continue to do big things here this summer!
