PROJECT ACCEPTANCE FORM LINK CREATOR

AFTER discussing and agreeing on the details of a project with the partnership and the NSM home office construction department, use this form to create a link for a project acceptance form to be sent out to and signed by the project main contact.

Even if the project is simple or has no construction, the partnership should sign an acceptance form in order to have them sign the agreements and release portion for liability purposes. There should be NO exceptions to this.

The AD for this community, and the project main contact will receive a copy of the signed acceptance form once it is signed and submitted.

Is a project deposit required?*

This should be determined by the NSM construction dept. For projects where Next Step will be reimbursed for material purchases over $500, we ask for a $100 refundable deposit. This helps establish the payment method and allows one more opportunity for us to make sure we are on the same page about the project. The deposit will be credited toward material purchased.
