This assessment will need to be completed before you will be contacted for an interview with the Construction Department. Please plan to complete it at your nearest convenience.

This quiz is an assessment of your current construction knowledge and skill level, and will help us to determine the best position for you upon being hired at Next Step Ministries.

The assessment includes 33 questions and topics covered may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Framing
Flooring
Dry Wall
Insulation
Roofing
Siding
Estimating
Design
Safety

The assessment’s time is tracked and MUST be finished in one sitting. It is recommended you set aside a full two hours to ensure the proper amount of time to complete the assessment. Two hours is an estimated time. Please do not feel rushed as there is no capped time limit and you will be able to finish. You will need a calculator, scratch paper, and pencil.
